Joe began his career in commercial real estate in 1986 at Coldwell Banker Commercial (now C.B. Richard Ellis) in Nashville, Tennessee. In 1994, Joe became the founding partner of Cherry & Associates, a firm devoted to representing the interests of tenants and buyers. Joe moved to Charlotte in 1999 to open Cherry Associates', North Carolina office. He has a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He is known for methodically and strategically working to get the very best deal for his clients. He currently serves as the managing partner for Cherry Associates.
