MGC Law has relocated its Atlanta office to 270 Peachtree, where it will lease the full 18th floor. Cherry & Associates has represented Levvel in the 24,169 SF lease into 101 Independence Center in Uptown Charlotte. Levvel, founded by John Espey, Chris Hart and Matt Ernst, is a development and consulting company focused in the technology arena. Redline Design Group is the architect on the project and BCMG was selected as project manager. Levvel anticipates opening its doors to the new office early November 2018.
